Hair problems reveal what your body is lacking

Posted by Kamil Siuda day

Hair loss isn't just a cosmetic issue. If your hair suddenly becomes very weak and you notice excessive hair loss, it's worth investigating the causes.

Hair loss can be a sign of many systemic diseases, but also autoimmune. Therefore, instead of panicking, it's worth taking a closer look at your body, diet, and supplementation. Perhaps excessive hair loss is related to a lack of appropriate vitamins, which, when incorporated into your daily diet, will quickly resolve the problem.

Hair loss causes:
There are many causes of hair loss. These range from illnesses to situations that can be quickly addressed with a few simple tricks and proper supplementation or diet. Here are the most common causes of hair loss:

  • thyroid disease - If, despite a balanced diet and appropriate supplementation, excessive hair loss persists, it's worth checking your thyroid. A diseased thyroid produces too little thyroxine, which is the most common cause of hair loss. Hair also tends to be dry and brittle.
  • fatigue and stress Stress weakens the body significantly, and as a result, hair follicles become weakened. Stress-induced hair becomes weak and falls out. It's worth remembering supplementation during difficult times to stop this process.
  • inappropriate diet Vitamin deficiencies cause hair to weaken, lose its shine, and become brittle. A well-balanced diet provides the body with valuable vitamins, which are also responsible for the health of our hair. Vitamin H (biotin), iron, vitamin A, B vitamins, folic acid, silicon, zinc, magnesium, and unsaturated fatty acids – all of these valuable nutrients can be found in healthy foods (milk, dairy products, fruits, vegetables, nuts, fish, red meat).
  • anemia Iron deficiency anemia can also cause hair loss. Therefore, it's worth getting a blood test to rule out anemia, or treating it if confirmed.
  • improper care Hot air from a hairdryer, frequent bleaching, and hair dyeing weaken our hair and cause it to fall out. It's important to approach these types of treatments with caution.
  • scalp diseases - hair loss is often caused by psoriasis, fungal infection, and seborrheic dermatitis.

Causes of hair loss They can be trivial, which can be quickly corrected with appropriate supplementation and diet, but they can also be serious, which should be consulted with a doctor.

Vitamins for hair, or how to strengthen your hair?
For hair to grow healthy and beautiful, it's essential that our bodies are adequately supplied with vitamins. A healthy diet should include vitamin B5 and biotin.Folic acid also stimulates the development of cells responsible for the health of our hair. Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) delays hair loss and prevents balding. This vitamin is found in whole grains, while vitamins B6 and B12, which have a similar effect on hair as vitamin B5, are also found in vegetables, yeast, poultry, and dairy products. If you want to strengthen your hair, be sure to also take vitamins A, C, and E. You can also find all these vitamins in good vitamin supplements available on the market. So remember: a healthy diet, proper care, and supplementation are the guarantee of beautiful hair.

Hair loss - home remedies:

  • egg yolks Eggs are a vitamin powerhouse. They contain vitamins A, B, D, E, and H. An egg yolk compress can effectively combat hair loss. Apply the compress to your scalp, hold it under a warm towel for an hour, and then rinse it off. This will nourish weakened hair follicles.
  • black radish - Black radish root juice, rubbed into the scalp, regenerates hair follicles, thus preventing hair loss. Rub the juice into damp hair.
  • olive oil - Contains B vitamins, iron, phosphorus, vitamins C and E. Rich in fatty acids. Applied as a compress to the scalp, it revitalizes and prevents dryness and brittle hair.
  • yeast - If you're struggling with excessive hair loss, drinking a yeast mixture and applying nourishing yeast masks can be beneficial, as they accelerate hair growth. Yeast contains B vitamins, vitamins E, D, and H (biotin).
  • nettle - rich in vitamins K, C and B. Nettle tincture stimulates hair growth. Rub it into the scalp once a week, the day before washing.

Apply these home remedies for hair loss, along with appropriate supplementation, and you'll see for yourself that all is not lost. Your hairstyle can delight with shine, health, and vitality. Vitamins for hair loss This is the only effective method to combat this condition. When we lack vitamins, our bodies don't function properly.
